Leonie Kearney - Rosevale Homestead
Speaking on her magnificent rose and perennial nursery at Samford. Heritage and Polyantha type roses which are cutting grown and very different. Her perennials to grow with the roses just combine to make a glorious cottage garden. Leonie will be bringing many of these plants with her to sell on the day.


Gay Kearey - Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Regional Winner
Gay and husband David have a glorious garden which includes many roses which she loves.  She will give here regime on how to grow healthy, disease and free good blooming roses.

 
Dr Allison Kelly of Qld Alliance of Agriculture and Food Innovation                        at the University of Qld.
Allison has just returned from lecturing in Ethiopia. She lives at Pampas on the black soil plain where it can go from minus 6 to 38 degrees. She has a daughter's wedding in their garden in May next year. The garden began in a wheat paddock and now you can't see the house. Her lecture and presentation is titled 'Seasons in My Garden'.

Penny McKinlay - McKinlay's Nursery
​Penny will stick to the more 'mundane aspects' of garden water quality and a good lawn. Both of which are essential for a lovely garden.

Sarah O'Neill - Floristry
Sarah grows all of her own blooms, bulbs and grasses for her blousy garden type bouquets. They have become very popular as something just a bit different from the more static arrangements. She will tell us how she grows these and, more importantly, puts the bouquets together.
